Refund & Cancellation Policy
Turakhia The Eye Store follows a strict no-refund policy.
- Customers can exchange sunglasses or frames within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and the original tags and packaging are intact. Please refer to the Exchange & Return Policy section below for more information.
- Customers can cancel their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted unless initiated by Turakhia The Eye Store. Please reach out to us on +91 9500911337 within 24 hours of your purchase.
- If an order is cancelled by Turakhia The Eye Store due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued, along with the reason for the cancellation.
- If the customer selects a product priced lower than the original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded. A credit note will be issued for the difference amount.
- If the customer does not like any other product at the time of exchange, a credit note will be provided for the full amount, valid for a period of 1 year.
- All returns and store credits are subject to a detailed quality check of the returned products by our team.
Exchange & Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with an online purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
All eligible returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year, only after we receive the product and our team approves the return.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back to us in the case of exchange or return.
All sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are applicable on sunglasses and frames only, provided:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused.
- Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
- The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- The reason for exchange is clearly mentioned.
All returns are subject to a quality check upon receipt.
Store Credit
- Exchanges are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit must be used for your next or future purchase.
- If the new purchase exceeds the credit value, the balance must be paid.
- Any remaining credit can be used on a later purchase within the validity period.
Product-Specific Terms
- Optical lenses: Once lenses are made, they cannot be returned. However, they may be refitted into another frame with the same specifications.
- Contact lenses: Can be exchanged within 1 week only in case of a power change, provided the box is unopened, untampered, and returned with the invoice.

Spectacle frames:
- Cannot be exchanged or returned once lenses have been fitted.
- Frames alone, without lenses fitted, may be exchanged if eligible.
- Sunglasses with power: Not eligible for exchange.
Fit & Adjustments
In many cases, discomfort may simply be due to fit. We recommend visiting any of our stores, where our technicians will be happy to assist with adjustments to improve comfort and wearability.
